Gung Ho along with the kayack has a nice presentation in the box when you find him on the shelf. You get a decent idea of what you are getting, but some of it is slightly hidden. The images of the toy on the box make up for this however. He definately stands out when you see him on the shelf. He also has his filecard on the back so you can read it without opening the figure. His filecard is written decently.
Opening the figure, you have multiple fasteners to untangle. This takes a little time. He comes out easily once all fasteners are removed.
This is another example of taking everything about the character and throwing it out. There are thoughts that remind you of Gung Ho, but nothing really to say much about. A fan expects continuity, but they don't get it here. He works as a 12" character, and his accessories make him a fun toy, but that's it.
I give him 8 1/2 Cobras. He should get a lower score, but he does make for a fun toy with kids. He could be better but Hasbro decided little effort was good enough..
